The Youth Voice Leadership Development Programme brings together youth representatives from across the UK for a weekend of tailored training courses that will support young people to be successful youth voice leaders in their community.

Overview
The Youth Voice Leadership Development Programme is one of our flagship events, bringing together youth representatives from across the UK for a weekend of tailored training courses that will support young people to be successful youth voice leaders in their community. The courses are designed to support young people to develop their key skills and knowledge through discussions, simulations and planning, enabling them to succeed during their time as youth representatives.

It acts as an induction for newly elected Members of Youth Parliament and other youth representatives to ensure they understand and have the skills to carry out their roles effectively, and challenges more experienced youth representatives to build on their existing knowledge and experiences and push themselves forward further.
