Every Young VoicePrint

FREE training for Youth Councillors
The Every Young Voice programme from the British Youth Council is designed to equip your youth council to engage and consult as widely as possible, ensuring that Youth Councillors can speak on behalf of all young people in the community – and be listened to.
What can I expect from Every Young Voice?
The programme is a fun, three day course, delivered over a three month period. The course is designed for Youth Councillors from youth councils, youth wings, youth parliaments, youth forums or youth assemblies.
By the end of the course, you will have developed your team working, presentation, planning and analytical skills and be able to:
- Understand what it means to be elected as a representative
- Speak on behalf of all young people in your local area
- Plan, develop and execute effective consultations
- Produce an action plan for submission to the Children’s Trust & elected representatives.
Sessions are ‘hands on’, fun and interactive!
