BYC has published its Annual Review for 2011/12, ahead of this weekend's Annual Council Meeting. The review details BYC's activities and achievements over the past year, including winning Trustee Board of the Year in the Third Sector Excellence Awards and the success of our report looking at school nursing.

More than 180 young people from 48 BYC member organisations will attend the Annual Council Meeting which will be held in Cardiff on Saturday 1st September, where the report will be presented to members by the BYC Board.

Delegates will help to shape BYC's future work - through discussion, debate and voting on what should be in the BYC Manifesto for 2012-14. Topics up for debate include youth unemployment, voluntary euthanasia and assisted suicide, restoring face-to-face careers advice and supporting equal marriage. They will also vote in elections to vacant posts on BYC's Board of Trustees.

All BYC Member organisations are invited to take part in the ACM. Members who choose to attend are allowed a maximum number of delegates with voting rights, and an allocation of observers, which is governed by the size of the organisation. You can find out more about the ACM here.
