The British Youth Council's Board of Trustees is a group of 13
young people aged 25 and under who are elected by
BYC members at the Annual Council Meeting each
year. As BYC's lead representatives they are responsible
for guiding the strategic direction of BYC.
Meet the board
BYC has a staff team based near Old Street who are working
with members, young people and partner organisations to
empower young people across the UK to have a say and be heard.
Following this year's ACM, three MPs were re-elected as our
Honorary Presidents. Each year three MPs, one from each of the
largest three parties in the House of Commons, are elected to this
position. They champion BYC's work to other parliamentarians, and
try to highlight BYC's work and your voice to decision makers and
the honorary presidents
