Equal Pay for Equal WorkPrint
We want our Parliament to create an equal National Minimum Wage for everyone aged 16 and over.
Our vision is that young workers aged 16 to 21 are paid an equal hourly rate of the National Minimum Wage. Young workers are not discriminated against because of their age and receive equal pay for equal work. BYC is already part of the National Minimum Wage campaign coalition.
